In the Hardware section, the following options can be configured:

 

Execute BUSOFF recovery automatically

If the chipstate "BUSOFF" is detected, a reset of the hardware is initiated automatically.

 

Use internal Timestamp

Instead of hardware timestamps, an  internal timer is used. This setting should always be used when multiple pieces of hardware are used. Otherwise, the timestamps diverge after a certain period and messages can no longer be sorted into the record.

 

Preferred configuration names

Contains names of hardware configurations to automatically activate when loading a workspace.

 

Ignore auto activation mode of configurations

A hardware configuration can be set to be automatically activated when loading a workspace.

If this is not desired, this feature can be disabled via this setting.
