Hints about the installation

 

The BSKD7 will be installed with the corresponding CanEasy installer. To be compatible with older versions of the BSKD7 and already existing diagnostic projects, the BSKD7 is being installed parallel two different folders:

 

•C:\Program Files\CanEasy\BSKD
(Installation in CanEasy folder)
 

•C:\Program Files\BSK\bskd_nt
(Installation in the BSK folder, like formerly installed by BSK Datentechnik)

 

So already existing diagnostics projects can be used with their primarily configuration.

 

Hinweis Note:
Because of different names of the program folders, dependent of languages and operating systems, the environment variable "%programfiles%" should be used if it is necessary to define a path to the BSKD7 for a diagnostics project.
