License installation

This chapter contains all necessary information to install and activate a CanEasy license. Please consider the information in chapter “Generate licenses for other machines”, if you would like to generate a license for another machine (for instance, because this machine cannot connect to the internet).

There are two different methods to activate your license:

•Online-Installation (recommended)
To install a license online, you will need an active internet connection and a product key. After entering the key, your computer will connect to the licensing server to activate your license.

•Offline-Installation
To install CanEasy on a machine without active internet connection, a license file is required. This file must be generated previously on a computer with internet connection. Please consider the information in the “Generate licenses for other machines” chapter.
